Saga Warranty Program

The Saga Factory Warranty lasts 6 Months from receiving merchandise. The Saga Factory Warranty only applies to Snow Apparel & Outerwear. This Saga Factory warranty does not include soft goods, street wear or accessories. Refer to 30 day return policy for soft goods.

•    The warranty applies only to purchases made at Sagaouterwear.com or authorized dealer.
•    The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on the product.
•    The warranty does not cover the result of hard bails, snags, or tumbles over sticks and stones.
•    The warranty does not cover defect due to improper fit.
•    The warranty does not cover defect resulting from improper washing, drying, and/or detergents.
•    We roll our pants up when walking through the parking lot and ask that you do the same.

If you have a repair issue past the Factory Warranty then please email us with your specific problem and we will do our best to assist you and fix your gear.

If during the season you have any claims due to manufacturer defect, we will arrange  to have your gear repaired or replaced without charge. We will do everything in our power to have your repair or exchange turned around in less than 2 weeks. We ask that the customer pays to ship the items to us and we will use the same shipping method to send it back to you.  For your protection we recommend all customers use a tracking method for shipping all returns.

Warranties require a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  Please email us for your RAN.

Exchanges & Returns

Saga guarantees 100% customer satisfaction on all purchases placed through Sagaouterwear.com. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will offer a full refund.  If you are unhappy with the size or color, we will gladly exchange the item, plus cover the shipping cost to return the item to you.

  • Products must be kept with tags & bags and new re-sellable condition.
  • Policy lasts for 30 days from the date of receiving goods.
  • This 30 day policy includes all items purchase only from the Saga Online Store.
  • All returns made within the 30 day policy will be refunded in full minus a 7% restocking fee.
  • If returns are received after 30 days, Saga reserves the right to refuse the return or charge an additional 3% restocking fee.
  • Refunds do not include shipping costs.
There are NO exchanges or returns on Closeout, Clearance, Sale Items or Boardshorts

We place a priority on email. We pride our Brand on answering emails and resolving any and all issues as soon as they arise. If your email has not brought you a solution within 2 business days feel free to call us.

Saga Outerwear Pre-Sale Clause

All pre-orders are cash transactions to Saga Outerwear.  These transactions are an advance payment to reserve the advertised merchandise available exclusively at Sagaouterwear.com and Saga Online Store.

Pre-orders are expected to begin shipping to customers on or before November 30, 2011.

All pre-order sales follow the No Questions Asked 30 day Refund Policy.  Also, all pre-order sales follow the same Saga Factory Warranty.  For more detailed information on these policies please check our Warranty section in our Contact page.

Saga is committed to offering the most up to date and relevant information regarding the release of their 2011/12 Inventory.  Although Saga plans to ship merchandise by an estimated shipping date, Saga assumes no responsibility if for any reason, or outside cause, interferes with our production or shipping schedule.

Ordering Tips/News:
  •  Ordering in stock and pre sale items may increase the delivery time of the in stock items.  Please make two separate purchases to increase your buying experience.
  •  All Full Suit International Outerwear orders will be shipped USPS Express.  If ordering in stock items with outerwear (not recommended) the in stock items will be shipped at a regular pace.
  • All Domestic Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail; please provide a PO Box if mail service to residence is not available in your area.
  • The First 200 pre orders totaling $350 or more will receive a custom limited edition Saga prize pack.
